Our Founder’s (Real) Story
In 2023, I was a VP overseeing global media and managing over $100 million in ad spend for hundreds of brands. The company was acquired by a private equity firm, and like many of those, it led to a major reduction in the workforce.
I found myself at a crossroad. I could return to corporate or finally explore something I had quietly considered for years. I didn’t dive in with a perfect plan.
I started with what I knew, how to build systems that drive results. Step by step, I turned that into something real.
That’s how 37X Digital Marketing was built.
Why 37X?
The name was inspired by the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. There is a formula that says if you get 1 percent better every day, you will be 37 times better in a year. That stuck with me because marketing, like life, is all about systems, consistency, and small steps that drive big results.
I didn’t want to build just another agency creating ineffective campaigns and vanity reports. I wanted to become a true growth partner. One that connects strategy with execution and brings real experience to the table. Because real growth comes from well-built systems that work over time.
